One weekend per month in a destination in New Zealand , 2027

I have the great fortune to live in one of arguably, the most desirable destinations in NZ - the Coromandel, whereby each coastal town has its own personality and character - and I’d like to share this with women who are in need of a break, a weekend breather away from the noise and the daily grind.

I am not calling this a Retreat….this is 2 days of rest and relaxation time with me - on hand, to answer any and all your questions about Menopause.
There will be - rest and relaxation, there will be walks, swimming and stretching (Qi Gong) - there will be nutritious meals and we will stay in accomodation close to, if not ‘on’ the beach.

I extend the invite to 40+ year old women that are in need of downtime and a break away from their day to day.

The invite is open to 4 persons per Pause Weekend. All Pause Weekends are curated for Women only.

My intention is to begin Pause Weekend in Jan 2027 - with a view to hosting at a new location, each month, from the following destinations (Join my newsletter for updates) :

Pauanui
Hahei
Hot Water Beach
Opito Bay

Each Pause Weekend requires a $500 deposit as confirmation. Cost for a weekend should not exceed $1500 pp.
Price is dependent on location and accomodation.
